Fairbanks Pavarotti is descended from Ulft (No 1 WBFSH Dressage sire1999/2000) His sire Gullit represented England at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Pavarotti has had a very successful start to his competition career in 2002 with the highlights being:

- 2002 Champion Four Year Old Chinchilla Young Dressage Horse
- Reserve Champion Brisbane CDI Young Dressage Horse 3 & 4 year old 2002

- State Champion Chinchilla Young Dressage Horse 3 & 4 year old 2002.
- Toowoomba and Downs Equestrian Group 2003 Reserve Novice Champion
- 2003 Brenda Wittman Classic Novice Champion
- 2003 SEQ Five Year Old Young Horse Champion
- 2003 Berwick And District Elementary Champion.
- 2004 Brenda Wittman Classic Elementary Champion.
- 2006 NADEC Prix St Georges 1 st.

His first foal crop is now on the ground. They are of elegant sporty type with breathtaking movement and have inherited their fathers easy going and kind nature.

Catargo family tree includes some of the great Sires just to name a few capitol, Caletto 11, Cor De La Bryere, Calypso 1, with this breeding he has ties to superstars such as Willi Melliger's Calvaro and the stallion Come On. He is at present being trained under saddle by Shane Davidson and already he shows a willingness to learn, excellent character and gaits with power and cadence.He was Australia's first home bred representative at the 2005 World showjumping Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken Belgium.
